Happy New Year to All – 2015

To my dearest students, or anyone who feels the light in their heart.
One more cycle is completed. We all found 2015 very challenging one way or another. Some of us moved houses, cities, and countries. Some changed their job, some married or divorced. One way or another the foundation of our lives (what we used to have) is shaken and moves us with it. It might seem that it was not a nice year. But I think it was a good year despite some difficulties we have come across individually or worldwide . It has forced us to a place that we wouldn’t come to otherwise.
Now our foundation is set to a different life and direction. So it’s time for us to use the light in us to make it a glorious one in the newrealm. I know that when we look at the world it sometimes seems a bit dark and sad. We are all worried. But it’s time to realise our part in it. Remove darkness from your heart, and let the sun shine. This is the best way we can start. As much light as we carry in our hearts, it will affect the rest of the world too. Keep the hope up and let’s start from inside out. We cannot expect others to change the world. WE DO IT, we, all together. It’s time to remember and acknowledge that we have also responsibilities in the whole of creation.
The best thing we can do in 2016 is discover more about ourselves and our power. Do yoga, read, meditate, paint, change your diet, sing, learn new ways of living. We have a touch of God in our essence. Let’s discover what that means and use it for good. For the good of ourself, good of others, good of all beings. Think positively, do positive acts in every way you can. Don’t dismiss it because it might be small. So many small acts make a large one. Let’s make this new year a year of compassion, understanding, love, giving, hugging and helping. Not only for the people or things we like but also for the ones we don’t like. Look after the environment you live in, show gratitude to the nature. Spread the light. Remember that we are all one.
If you lose your inner strength or receive a glimpse of hopelessness on the way, find someone to guide you. Be brave to ask for help. It can be your friend, your teacher, parents or someone new in your life. Let them hold your hand to show you the light in the dark tunnel. We all need each other regardless of our titles. Let the change happen and the sun rise to the Earth once more.
I still believe in humanity because we are more than what we think we are. We are awakening.
May your New Year be blissful, cheerful, joyful, peaceful, and filled with light.
Namaste
